Who We Are

Today we have grown our business into a boutique firm specializing in Residential Dwelling Design, including additions & renovations. Each project regardless of size is important.

The company mission statement is to provide professional architectural design services through positive client engagement, with knowledgeable designers and staff. Including a focus on communication & client engagement throughout the design process to permits.

What We Can Do For You

Our goal is to take your ideas and bring them to reality through the design process. Three-dimensional conceptual images allow you to see your ideas come to life and we finish with full architectural & structural plans for quoting, permit and construction.

In residential design, we can bring your dreams to life. We listen to your wants and needs and develop the plans with your involvement. We show you what’s permitted on your property within the bylaws.

Beyond the building design we offer full Interior Design services and Septic design services.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do we take a "Planning First" approach?

A planning first approach allows us to assess and determine what is permitted on your property within the regulations of the zoning bylaw and other applicable law.

We start with creating a site plan, and showing your project in compliance with zoning bylaws. If compliance can not be achieved a varaince can be applied for to request permission to go outside the bylaw regulations.

What is an Architectural Design Technologist?

Architectural technologists apply the science of architecture and typically concentrate on the technology of building, design technology and construction.

An architectural technologist provides valuable insight into building and construction projects. They combine several skills and knowledge bases, such as technology, aesthetic design, architecture, and building requirements, to help develop structures effectively.

What is a Registered Interior Designer?

ARIDO Registered Interior Designers in Ontario have extensive training in designing interior spaces. They are skilled and experienced through a rigorous path that includes a four-year degree in Interior Design, supervised work experience under a qualified Interior Designer, and the successful completion of the North American Interior Design exam, NCIDQ.

Interior Design is about much more than just the way a space looks.
