Design by Bobbi was created by owner Bobbi Leppington in 2012 to provide a service for property owners, contractors, & developers that is delivered in a positive, efficient and professional manner.
Today we have grown our business into a boutique firm specializing in Residential Dwelling Design, including additions & renovations. Each project regardless of size is important.
The company mission statement is to provide professional architectural design services through positive client engagement, with knowledgeable designers and staff. Including a focus on communication & client engagement throughout the design process to permits.
Our goal is to take your ideas and bring them to reality through the design process. Three-dimensional conceptual images allow you to see your ideas come to life and we finish with full architectural & structural plans for quoting, permit and construction. In Residential design, we can help you realize your dreams. Beyond your building design we offer interior design including millwork packages and provide consulting service to show you what is permitted on your property within the bylaws, and advise when to involve other professional consultants.
~ Custom design to suit your individual style is my specialty. Through communication and intuitive design I can bring your dreams to life.
